Hooded Horror

I decided to crochet a hooded cowl.

Yeah,  well sometimes even though you can do something.. You shouldn't until you've had a little more practice.. Lol!

So my attempt was with the wrong type of thread and probably the wrong needle size... And well I don't think I quote figured out how the pattern worked until quite a few stitches in.

I'm going to frog this one and and make something more useful out of the yarn and then try making the hood again, this time following the directions a tad more closely.

Here's to mistakes! And learning a little but from them.
