GIRL
Listen...
You are many things...
Kind, forgiving, gullable, tender,
loving, caring to a fault...
loyal...also to a fault...
You are many things... Strong,
weak, needy, giving, secretive, an
open book...
The girl looks deep into the eyes of her reflection.

INT. ROOM NIGHT
V.W.S.
We see the girl sitting in a chair in the middle of a room.

chair. The girl in the chair has her head down. We hear her
voice.
GIRL (V.O.)
I know there is no love. I know it
will not go forever. I know my
place on the totem is not very
high. Knowing all this, one would
think it would make sense to leave
it all behind. Stop trying to make
things what they aren’t or will
never be.
